do I purchase items from your range
?
Our products may be purchased, either in
person or by telephone, from any of our group
outlets around Australia. Credit cards accepted &
delivery is available.

much are freight & packing charges if delivery is required
?
- Metro delivery rates may vary from store to store
- there are usually no packing charges. Please enquire at the
time of purchase.
- Interstate & country freight charges are determined
by destination distance and the cubic weight of each order.

long will my order take to be delivered to me ?
Generally we can deliver available
goods within 3 working days locally and 5 working days interstate.
What
do I do if my order is damaged in delivery ?
In the unlikely event your purchase is damaged in transit we will
send you a "no charge" replacement,
freight free. Please note you may need to provide evidence
of the damage. e.g. Digital photos. Please
contact the outlet of purchase before returning any goods.
Do
you have any printed catalogues ?
Yes, you can pick up
a printed catalogue at your nearest outlet. You can also save or
print a * PDF catalogue from our products
