PotsOnline is not a franchise, it's group members have not paid a purchase price & do not pay sales royalties or commissions to PotsOnline at any time. They mainly consist of well known reputable establishments, independents in there own right, voluntarily associated & currently importing from our factory manufacturers direct to their store depots.

Items can sometimes be unavailable so please enquire early especially if requiring quite a few items or perhaps a specific colour finish. Forward planners may wish to know, the turnaround time on a container shipment (order confirmation -> arrival in store) usually takes about 3-4 months & depends entirely upon store ordering frequency, seasonal cycles etc.

Customers please take note, there's been quite a few impostors popping up here in cyberspace lately. Particularly website front companies seemingly offering products from our range who have no connection to PotsOnline or our group whatsoever. They do not carry our stock & will likely attempt to pass off imitation products (of poor quality) OR may try & source them via one of our direct outlets, which means 1/ they will not be able to offer the lowest price & 2/ your goods will take longer to arrive if at all. Fortunately there are also a number of legitimate distributors who do display, stock & sell our range & if needed can co-ordinate orders through their state's main outlet.
